Hi, I know that Christmas rush, in it right now myself. I have a Pfaff, not a Bernina, but when I have had the problem, I have tried these fixes. 1. Slip another piece of stabilizer underneath the hoop in the troubled spot. 2. Slow the embroidery speed down. 3. Check the needle that it hasn’t loosened with all the sewing, and that it is inserted all the way. It also might be time to replace the needle. 4. Increase the bobbin thread weight. 5. Last resort if above doesn’t work, is to adjust the bobbin tension. Hope these fixes help, and good luck finishing all the projects.
