Why is my progress not being saved when I exit iPass and iLearn lessons?
For iPass: Click the ‘End’ button in the upper-right of the window, this will take you to the results page, from there you should click the ‘End’ button in the bottom-right of the page, this will then save all of your usage data and tell you when it is safe to close the window. For iLearns: Click the round ‘X’ button in the bottom-left of the window, this will then save all of your usage data and tell you when it is safe to close the window.
