If the Priority Announcement/Funding Pool doesn’t require a Relevance Form, it will not be listed in the Priority Announcement/Funding Pool task list. When that is the case, you have to select the Priority Announcement/Funding Pool as the 1st or 2nd Descriptor in the task Enter Project Information > Project Descriptors > Suggested Institutes.
