Why is my POP3 account not working with ePrompter?
A. Your POP3 account should work with the ePrompter email notification program all you should need is the correct server address for the POP3. Your POP3 account may not be working because ePrompter was not able to correctly identify the pop server for your email address. Try going to the individual ePrompter box for the problematic account, clicking “options” and then click “setup” which will take you to the “Account Options” box. In the lower right hand corner you will see the pop server box – make sure that the correct pop server is in that box. If that doesn’t work, please try entering your full email address in the login box right above the POP3 Server. Also, it should be noted that there are also certain “proprietary” POP3s types that do not work with ePrompter – hopefully your POP3 is not in this category.
