Why is my PIM data (including email, calendar items, contacts, tasks or Outlook Notes) not being updated after an apparently successful Wireless Sync?
The Push / ReadySync settings are not properly configured. To modify the Push / ReadySync settings, follow these steps: • Press the Applications Launcher (the house) key until the word “All” appears in the upper-right corner of the display screen. • Scroll to and select Wireless Sync. • Press the Menu key. • From the menu bar (located along the top of the display), select Setup and tap Push/ReadySync. • Basic Settings: • Enable ReadySync: Option is disabled and cannot be modified from the device. • Enable push: Must be checked for the device to receive Push messages from the Wireless Sync server. See the FAQ titled “How do I enable or disable network Push on the Palm Treo 600?” for additional information. • Limit push/ReadySync Time Window: Determines when push messages are received by the device.
