If the computer becomes slow after installation please check that the computer meets the system requirements and there is no other security software installed on the system. Low end hardware and conflicting software can also cause the computer to ‘freeze’. Also faulty hardware or a broken operating system can cause problems. If the hardware meets the specifications and there is no other security software on the computer, please contact your local Vodafone Customer Care team.
