Why is my Password not recognised when I try to get updates to ESTA?
This may be due to either of the following reasons: 1) because you have set up a unique User / Password of your own and you have used this to access ESTA. When getting updates ESTA sends the password you used to get authority from the web site. As it cannot recognise your personal password you must use the original password supplied with ESTA. 2) because you are using an old version of ESTA and the password no longer applies. You must obtain the latest version of ESTA from your supplier.
