Why is my Moneybookers order still pending?
Moneybookers payments remain Pending in our system until we have received confirmation from them that the transaction amount has been properly processed. In cases of bank transfers this can take a number of days. With credit card purchases via Moneybookers you must ensure that you have submitted all the documentation that they request. As soon as Moneybookers sends out a confirmation that payment has been processed your Skype account will be credited.
