Why is my login to Blackboard (WebCT) unsuccessful?
First, verify that your UTAD credentials are accurate and that your password has not expired by going to: http://myutaccount.utoledo.edu. Enter your student ID (Rocket#) and birthdate (MMDDYYYY format). You will likely be prompted to answer a security question you created. Once logged in, verify your personal information along the left side, including your UTAD username and email information. Verify that your password has not expired and change it if necessary. Then go to the STUDENT tab (or FACULTY & ADVISOR tab, if applicable) and use either “My Courses” or the “Distance & eLearning” channel. It should take you directly into Blackboard.
