A. Since the compute nodes of MJM will not be able to access your files in /home or /archive, you will need to pre-stage (manually copy) your input files to MJM’s /usr/var/tmp before submitting your jobs. Job scripts will need to be modified to pick up input files from /usr/var/tmp. More information can be found in the MJM Documentation.
