Sorry but there was an apparent error when you found out your IMEI code of your mobile. It won’t be all 0s. Dial *#06# to find the correct code. Also IMEI numbers cannot be changed. If you do dial the number and it is all 0s again, have a look underneath the battery (usually on phones) and that should read the correct one. Stay Safe!
