Why is my Highs Speed Internet – DSL/link/ADSL light on modem flashing?

0

The DSL/link/ADSL light should be on solid for the Internet connection to work. A flashing light indicates the modem is attempting to establish the Internet connection. Make sure the telephone cable is securely plugged into the modem and into the wall. When the modem is turned on the DSL/Link/ADSL light should only blink for a couple of minutes, if it lasts longer there is a problem with the connection. Please call Technical Support.
