If the pain is located in the mid-back on one side, or she’s having painful urination, frequent urination, or the feeling like she has to pee but when she goes little comes out, then she definitely has an infection. If that’s the case it is not serious but it must be treated. It cannot go away on its own and it can cause health problems if left untreated.
