Why is my EZmoney account disabled?
Your initial deposit takes 5 banking days to fully complete. Also, we MUST have your EZmoney form with the attached documentation in our office to approve any further EZmoney deposits or withdrawals. If you have sent the required form and it has been longer than 5 banking days since your initial transaction, please call Customer Service at 1-866-891-5100, seven days a week from 9:00AM 12 Midnight (ET), to resolve the issue.
