I had the same problem. Tried replacing the roll. It kept blinking blue and the message on my PC was no paper. So I turned it off for 20 seconds by unplugging it and turned it back on and it works fine.

Gave it a time out.

This is caused by incorrectly loaded labels in the Dymo LabelWriter printer. Also, verify that you are using genuine Dymo 30915 labels to insure quality. Click here for information on loading the labels on the spool. (This link will direct you to Dymo support FAQ).
