If your driver's license or ID card arrived without a pink “DONOR” dot, it is possible that your decision to be a donor may not be recorded in the Registry. If you believe there was a clerical error by the DMV and wish to inform DMV of this error, please visit the DMV website to fill out an Online Survey. You are not required to have a pink “DONOR” dot on your license to be a registered donor. By signing up online with Donate Life California, your decision is stored in Donate Life Caifornia’s secure database.
