Why is my computer running slowly, taking long to startup, or not accessing the Internet?
If you are defragging your computer, and doing routine maintenance, then it is likely you have a major infection of spyware and/or viruses. Your Anti Virus and Anti Spyware programs might not be detecting the infected files, or they are detecting the infected files but are unable to repair or remove them. If this is the case your computer needs to be serviced and the infected files need to be repaired through other means.
