Why is my computer freezing and popups if I have norton anti-virus software installed on my computer?
I have had Norton antivirus software on my computer for around 2 years and all of a suddent this week my computer has been getting popups and freezing every so often. Could this have anything to do with not defragmenting my computer and freeing up disk space and using my disk cleanup and defragmenting? I haven't done it on my computer since I go it and I have had it for about 2-3 years. I am hoping defrag and disc cleanup will solve the problem. Does anyone know? You should definitely run the Windows utilities and make sure that you are not running out of hard drive space and that your hard drive is not failing. You should also run Windows Update and make sure that you have all of the Microsoft
