Some cell phone providers e.g. ATT Wireless, allow customers to make INTL calls using their cell phones. When you place a call using your cell phone, make sure that you do not press the send buttom after dialing the INTL destination. When you do that, the cell phone will do a conference call and your calls will be placed using the cell phone service and not via Oratel.
