Why is my cat bringing dead animals home?
Your cat my bring home a mouse or a bird home and drop it proudly at your feet. Your reaction would would to start screaming and shout at the cat. You may keep it outside for a bit. Don’t tell your cat off because it then thinks ‘Oh, a mouse isn’t good enough lets go and get a big pigeon or even a squirrel then (s)he’ll be pleased!’ So from now on when your cat brings an animal simply praise the cat and then dispose of the animal some how.
