Why is Muzzle always strapped to that hand cart?
He was been released in only six episodes (“Storm From The Pacific”, “Still A Few Bugs In The System”, “Reigning Cats and Dogs”, “Gold and Retrievers”, “Take Me To Your Leader” and “A Day In The Life”) He has been released when either the “Road Rovers” found themselves without any weapons or it is a lot easier for Muzzle to handle the problem. In both cases he was able to clean house.
