Why is MiShas name written with the capital S?
Originally the name was designed after the site she was originally going to. (See FAQ entry 4.1) ‘Sha’ was was part of that website’s name, and it was part of my mascot design plan to connect the website’s name to the mascot’s name. Obviously, now that MiSha never probably will be the mascot at the site, she doesn’t necessarily need the capital ‘S’, but I decided to keep it for the reason that Misha alone is a bit too common Japanese name in anime and manga. I wanted to somehow separate my MiSha from other Mishas out there… and that’s what the capital ‘S’ works nicely for.
