Why is Microsoft Windows not supported? Surely PHP runs on Windows too?

One reason is that I don’t have a Windows system to test it on. But also, I’m not sure if there is demand for this type of program in the Windows user base. If it should turn out that there is enough demand, I may consider it. PHP does run on Windows, but there are differences in the process environment, command line argument passing, options, pathnames, etc. Also, it requires additions and changes to the documentation.
