Why is MediChill better than Liquid Ice or a Blue Gel Ice Pack?
(a) Far more cost effective than liquid ice and traditional gel packs. (b) Stays chilled longer than gel packs and frozen longer than liquid ice while remaining dry when thawing. (e) Can be re-used or disposable. (f) Is flexible when frozen and can be cut to fit most applications whereas a gel pack is one size. (g) Suits a far larger spectrum of needs from very large torso injuries to the smallest extremity. (f) If a gel pack gets punctured, you have to dispose of it. If a MediChill Ice Pad cell is punctured, simply wash out that cell, you can still use the rest of the sheet.
