It’s likely the employees. I would suggest asking for extra syrup in your coffee next time, which they should give you at no charge. It may taste watered down if it was sitting for a few mintues and the ice melted. If that’s not the case, then try mentioning to the crew that their iced coffee tastes watery. They are supposed to brew double strength coffee for the iced coffee, but if they only brew single strength, that could account for the “watery-ness”. It is probably not the product that’s defective, because iced coffee is simply regular coffee, ice, cream, and the sugar syrup.
