Why is MaxHire less expensive than other similar hosted solutions?
We have been around longer than most companies, lived through recruiting recessions, and have managed to run a balanced budget through it all. Avoiding debt is the reason we have been able to keep our program affordable. We use over 30% of our gross revenue every month for R&D. Since we fund the development of our program ourselves with the money we earn, we don’t have to pay high interest rates on investment capital and we have no pressure to sell more in order to repay debts. That keeps our sales and marketing costs low as well. However, we make sure that our pricing is adequate to provide excellent service and support to both new and existing customers. Customer service is our top priority.
