I would have to agree that Martin Luther KIng ‘s non violent position probably boosts his legacy in the US as a whole. However, I have to say that in the last 10 years as we study the life of Malcolm X more and his whole story has become more accessible to the mainstream, he is no longer considered on the fringe of civil rights leaders, but has become more appreciated for what he did with and for his convictions and in the how he held them in his own life. His accomplishments and leadership in general.
