by your question – fat is not considered as protein pens are used to get the cattle up to weight quickly and say – chickens – 50 years ago took 17 weeks from egg hatch to market – – – now that is reduced to 6 weeks there is prolly a drop with cattle, too, from 50 years ago and it does not improve our SAD (standard American Diet) all the best
