Why is Kittis last name Japanese when shes American?
Kittifox was created in junior high when I was very deep into anime and most things Japanese. I still have a certain fondness for anime but have since realized I am American and come out of what I now call my “Japanophile” stage. I thought it was cool back then to have Asian-sounding character names. Itezano, by the way, loosely means “of the Sagittarius” I think – but I wouldn’t be surprised if that was wrong. I don’t speak Japanese. I’m just too nostalgic about the character to change her name after all this time.
