Why is it that when I check my BC OnLine User mailbox, there are no notifications?
It may be that no activity has occurred against the property. Also, it may be that your Service Delivery Options are set to send notifications to the BC OnLine Account mailbox. On the User mailbox screen, click the Account View button to see what notifications are waiting in the Account mailbox. To verify where your notifications are being sent, go to the BC OnLine main menu and select Account Management. At the Account Management menu, select Service Delivery. Options and your delivery options for the Land Title Activity Advisory service will display. To see if activity has occurred against any of your properties check the Land Title Activity Log.
