Why is it that I never/always seem to be the leader in Band Quickplay?
The way this works (and for the life of me I wish I could find the person on here who put this much more eloquently than I did) is that when you hit Find Players, the game will try to find a pre-existing band to put you (and any of your local cohorts) into; if that fails, then you become the leader of your own band and the game will try to find people to fill your band. It works out that drummers are almost always the leader, guitarists sometimes are, and vocalists almost never are. At the time of writing, there’s no way to say “Make me the leader no matter what” or “I don’t want to be the leader”.
