Why is it that I get no response from RoboBraille when I send an email?
RoboBraille always responds to your request. If RoboBraille is unable to translate your document it will tell you in an email. If you suspect that you have not received any response from RoboBraille, please check if the response e-mail from RoboBraille is caught in your spam filter. In that case, you need to contact your internet provider. It is also possible that e-mails from the Robobraille service are placed in your junk mail folder.
