Why is it so difficult to get Amazon Marketplace buyers to leave feedback?”
I was using the Marketplace a couple of times and often enough not rated the seller. Mostly because the steps needed to do this is more compicated than compared with Ebay where you simply go from your “My Ebay”-page to the rating-page by clicking on a link that shows up on the first page. At Amazon you’re not presented such a thing by default when you enter your page and the first time you remember to do that is when a reminder-mail receives you. Because this mail arrives the same way like other ad-mails from Amazon you ignore them often enough. This lazyness is quite normal and happens here at Askville the same. Often enough I was investing significant amounts of time to research the answer of a question but ended up with only one point because the one placing the question didn’t take the time to rate the answer.
