Why is it okay for non-whites to use racially offensive words?

Touchy subject. The word that we as caucasians would use is not the same word that the black community would use amongst themselves. The term ‘*****” is more of a term that represents friendship. It is still unacceptable for a caucasian to use this term, even if the white dude has a “ghetto pass” or is what we all know was “wiggers”..and even then it needs to be used very carefully. White folks wouldnt like it any better if someone outside of our race made racial remarks as such. If me as a whitegirl said told someone they were about a redneck *** cracker, they would tip their hat and be proud. If a black person said it…crap would hit the fan…same principle applies both ways.
