Why is it ok to send a 2yr 10mth old child advertising about erotic toys and cosmetic surgery?
Most likely they obtained your child’s name off of a customer list that was sold to them by another company. It is highly doubtful that they intentionally sent it to her knowing she was a child. The thing I would be concerned about is how your daughter ended up on their list. I suggest checking her credit report. I know that sounds strange, but it’s possible that someone has stolen her identity and signed up for things that you are not aware of and won’t be until she is 18. Many thieves are stealing the identities of children because the children don’t know until they are grown. It’s better to find out now before it becomes a truly big problem. Although identity theft is a possibility, it is unlikely. It is more likely that they received her name from something else, but it’s better safe then sorry.
