Completion of a Temporary Use of University Space Application and Notification Form provides an overview of the event. The Local Reservation Agent will review the nature of the activity and determine the suitability of the facility for the proposed event. Once approved, the Local Reservation Agent will circulate the Temporary Use of University Space Application and Notification Form to other University service offices that play a role in the coordination of temporary use of University space (eg. Facilities, Security, Parking and Transportation Services, Food Services).
