Why is it necessary for me to tell Glocap where I have applied and am interviewing?
A. Glocap recruiters work with numerous clients and do not want to accidentally submit your resume for a position to which you have already applied or where you are already interviewing. It is common courtesy to your recruiter to let him/her know where your resume has already been sent so that we do not waste effort.
