it is not legal to sell tickets like that, but if people keep buying them it will keep on happening , i would rather not go to a show if i had to pay over the top. if people used there heads and stopped buying these tickets sooner or later it will stop im sure the concert you want to see will happen again try and be paitent and wait. or better still find out if you can report the scam to ebay some how and make them aware they may take them off if you do.
