Why is it important to install an underground sprinkler system?
They can be programmed to water your lawn when it is most beneficial: in the early morning hours. Watering atmidday loses most of the water to evaporation. Watering in late afternoon/evening invites disease. Water between 4-8 AM fro the biggest benefit. Of course, you could always set your alarm, get up and turn on a traditional sprinkler. In ground sprinklers are also spread out over the landscape. You don’t have to move them around like a traditional above ground sprinkler.
