Why is it important to define “struct.event” values for top-down plans and coverage goals generated from floating attributes?

There are a few benefits 1) we need a struct.event to generate valid e code 2) with the struct.event defined we can view the bucket structure in Specview 3) we can more easily use the coverage goals in a superplan.
