Why is it important that the work is shown on all assignment and test answer keys?
For students, showing work is important for being able to figure out how a problem ended up being wrong. Since the assignment and test problems are worked out on the answer keys, this makes the diagnosing process simple. It also gives students an example of how the showing of work can be organized.
