In the event that a worker is injured on your property Worker’s Compensation will cover his expenses while he is injured. The injured worker cannot seek damages against the property owner if they are covered by Worker’s Compensation. If the Tree Service does not carry Worker’s Compensation insurance an injured worker may sue the Tree Service and the property owner for damages.
