Why is it hard for me to roll the mats through my Cuttlebug machine?
It could be that the material you are trying to cut or emboss is too thick. Another reason could be that you have the incorrect mat configuration. Please refer to the User’s Manual or the Sandwich Stack Matrix (both can be found under “Downloads” in the Cuttlebug section.) You should never force your mats through the machine; this will strip the gears. You could also try staggering your mats, so they enter the machine at different times.
