Almost all legislation, at this point is bad legislation. Nowadays it’s all pork and graft. It should be defeated. If you are in Congress, In order to get some piece of legislation passed, you have to agree to someone elses’ pork and graft. All the “good” legislation has already been passed. The best thing Congress could do, is eliminate about 9/10 of the legislation they have already passed.
