Why is it called Masai Barefoot Technology – mBT©?
The Masai are known for their elegant, upright posture and amongst them back and joint problems are virtually unknown. History Swiss engineer Karl Müller has been developing mBT© for over a decade. Suffering from back, knee and Achilles tendon problems himself, he looked for a solution. During his long stay in Asia he recognized that hard, even surfaces were to blame for his increasing pain. Studying the people around him helped him to develop a product that transforms hard, flat ground into a soft and uneven surface while strengthening the body. Since his return to Switzerland mBT© has been developed and researched, and is now widely used successfully accross Europe.
