Why is it called an Information Center and not simply library?
L. M.-J.: The Information Center is made up of a physical library and information services. Our focus is on information management, making sure that everyone at esmt can access the information resources they need. I would say one-third of the Information Center is the physical library, where books, journals, case studies, references, esmt publications and papers are available. The other two-thirds of the Information Center are made up of the online resources.
