There are two reasons for inbound traffic being priced lower: First, data transfer costs are significantly driven by outbound traffic; second, lower inbound traffic pricing helps overcome initial barriers to adoption. We are lowering this barrier even further by providing off-peak inbound data transfers at no charge through March 1, 2011.
