Why is Honeywell redeveloping its Morris Township campus?

0

Many of the existing buildings at the Morris Township campus are unoccupied, outdated, and inefficient. The objective of the project is to upgrade and enhance our facilities and to better utilize our campus. Honeywell is a worldwide leader in energy management solutions that reduce cost while enhancing safety and comfort. The project will use many of our own technologies to make the facility more energy efficient. We expect the new campus will be a certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) development. LEED is an internationally recognized green building development certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.
