Honeywell strongly believes that by educating employees about the health care system, they will be in a position to help effect change that will improve their quality of care. Until recently, data about health care quality was just not available. As this data emerges, Honeywell wants to put the information in the hands of employees to help them make informed health care decisions, so that they do not have to wait for the health care system to act upon this new data.
