Why is homemade soap so expensive?

Because of the time it takes to make the soap, the ingredients, and the curing time. Since we make our soap in small batches, we dont buy our ingredients in large quantities. If we did, we couldnt ensure freshness and quality of the product that our customers have come to expect.
